Why is downloading pics from the camera so terribly slow? |
| The download is very slow - this is partially due to the USB1.1 connection (as opposed to the much faster USB2), and partially due to how the camera handles the download and computer connection.
Do yourself a favour and get a USB card reader. They are around $15 and even a USB1 card reader will be at least 3 to 5 times faster than downloading pictures through your camera.
