The camera suddenly turns off! |
| Odds are the batteries are low on power. While with Alkaline batteries, the camera should give you a reasonable low battery warning. However, NiMH rechargable batteries have characteristics where they hold power for a while then suddenly drop out. Typically you can wait a few seconds, turn the camera on, and then turn it back off to allow the lens to retract. You should then replace the batteries with a fresh set as soon as possible. marius@marius.org | |
